Brian Paul
Brian Paul served in the US Navy from 1995 until 2001, working on advanced electronics and component level repair. After completion of his service, Brian began working for Texas Instruments in their Semiconductor Division. In 2008, Brian moved to Tallahassee to continue his education and began working at Syn-Tech Systems as a Field Service Engineer. After working with our Field Service division for three years, he accepted a position as our Training Manager.
Cynthia Saldivar
Cynthia Saldivar has been with Syn-Tech Systems since 2008. She initially worked in Product Support as a Customer Satisfaction Engineer. Her previous experience in corporate training made her a perfect fit in our Training Department. Prior to working with Syn-Tech, she trained personnel in both electronic services and hardware and also handled inbound calls for customer support. Cynthia is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida State University.
Webinar Info
Syn-Tech Systems offers a two hour Webinar for any customer who purchases software or a new unit. The Webinar is conducted at the customer’s computer using their database. We log into your computer and give you a comprehensive tutorial on the capabilities of FUELMASTER ® software. We also offer this training to existing customers for a fee. So, whether your are a brand new user of FUELMASTER ® or you have moved into a position where you are the central administrator, Syn-Tech can show you how to operate your software.
Customer Classes
Customer classes are three day events (Tuesday through Thursday)
Our Customer Class focuses on getting our customer acquainted with the FUELMASTER ® system. Whether you are a system administrator, a controller or an operator, there is material pertinent to your job function. Your class begins with a tour of our facility and then moves into our system overview, operation instruction and then a trouble shooting guide. We dedicate one day on teaching our fuel management software. The last day is dedicated to learning our FMU 3500 Plus & AIM2 ® package. All attendees receive a notebook complete with course materials including operation manuals, user manuals and trouble shooting guides.
Installer Classes
Installer classes are four day events (Tuesday through Friday)
Our Installer class focuses on training our technicians who work on the FUELMASTER ® system. At the end of the class, each participant is presented with a certificated and ASR card showing they are authorized by Syn-Tech Systems to work on our units. Your class begins with a tour of our facility and then moves into our system overview, and then focuses on fixed site installation. Next we train on our Mobile installation, FMU operation and initialization, and troubleshooting. We dedicate one day on teaching our fuel management software. The last day is dedicated to learning our FMU 3500 Plus & AIM2 ® package. All attendees receive a notebook complete with course materials including installation manuals, user manuals and trouble shooting guides.
DoD Classes
DoD classes are three day events (Tuesday through Thursday)
The DoD course covers a multitude of subjects that include the operation of both the DoDFM AE software, VIR hardware and APOSD. Along with operations, we will also cover how to maintain, and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
