Customer Classes

The Customer Class is Tuesday - Thursday from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Our Customer Class focuses on getting our customer(s) acquainted with the FuelMaster system. Whether you are a system administrator or a user, there is material pertinent to your job function. The class covers installation and troubleshooting of the hardware and software for our FuelMaster Plus system and our Automotive Information Module system (AIM).

Installer Classes

The Installer Class is Tuesday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Our Installer Class focuses on training & certifying our technicians who work on all FuelMaster products.  Attendees must be approved by a Regional Sales Manager and be familiar with the guidelines contained within safety codes and standards applicable to the installation and operation of electrical equipment. A minimal passing score of 75% on the certification exam is required to obtain a FuelMaster Authorized Service Representative Card (ASR Card) to work on FuelMaster products.

DoD Classes

The DoD Course is Tuesday - Thursday from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

The DoD Class covers a multitude of subjects that include the operation of both the DoDFM AE software, VIR hardware and the AIM system if applicable.  We also cover how to maintain, and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.

Webinar Info

Syntech Systems offers a two hour Webinar for any customer who purchases software or a new FuelMaster System. The Webinar is conducted at the customer’s computer using their database. We log into your computer and give you a comprehensive tutorial on the capabilities of our software. We also offer this training to our existing customers for a fee. So, whether your are a brand new user of FuelMaster, or you have moved into a position where you are the central administrator, Syntech can demonstrate software operations, features and options.

Eric Layton

Eric joined Syn-Tech Systems in June, 2009 as Customer Service Engineer.  Eric’s skills as a IT professional, partnered with his solid customer service experience, gave him the background to manage several of our large accounts.  While working in Product Support, Eric mentored new employees, as well as specialized in our AIM2 program and other third party networking products.  Prior to working at Syn-Tech, Eric had over 10 years in the technical customer support field.  Eric’s knowledge of the FUELMASTER® system and his clear and concise teaching methods made him a natural fit to our training department.

Tamara Roberts

Tamara joined Syn-Tech Systems, Inc. in October, 2003 as a Customer Satisfaction Engineer, and has been dedicated in serving our customers for over a decade. Throughout her tenure, she has gained knowledge of our products and technical experience for both our Department of Defense customers and our Commercial customers. She was named the 2012 Top Performer in Customer Satisfaction.  Her ability to adapt to new situations made her a perfect fit for our training department.  Tamara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our training team.  Tamara received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry from Spelman College.
