FuelMaster was designed for worldwide use by the U.S. Air Force. The Air Force's design specifications required that the system be user maintainable through the use of modular components and remote diagnostics support over voice grade telephone lines. The Air Force now counts FuelMaster as one of its most successful programs. The very same design features that led to a successful Air Force program have resulted in FuelMaster being the specified system for all of the Department of Defense, and also has led to unparalleled success in the commercial market. Syntech began selling commercially after the design and production of the FuelMaster FMU2000 series unit in 1988. Since then, we have stayed on the cutting edge of technology with significant innovative developments in the fuel management field.

One of the areas in which Syntech has specialized is munitions packaging, handling, and transfer systems. Part of its success in the munitions arena is due to a patented loading system call Linked Tube Carrier (LTC). 30mm loading systems for the A10 aircraft and 25mm loading systems for the AC130U are still produced today by Syntech. The following U.S. Air Force ammunition loading and handling systems were designed by Syn-Tech: GFU-7/E, GFU-10/E, GFU-19/E, GFU-22/E, and GFU-23/E.

Another Defense Department item that was designed and produced by Syn-Tech is the MHU-194/E, Manually Operated Lift Truck (MOLT). The MOLT may be used to load bombs or missiles (up to 2450 pounds) on any fighter aircraft. This item is used by numerous allied air forces, as well as the U.S. Air Force.

Syntech has designed and produced a variety of specialized ammunition and explosives containers, including containers for 25mm, 30mm ammunition and the Hellfire and Maverick missiles. Under contract to the U.S. Mint, Syntech designed and installed coin press feed systems which increased the mint's coin press output by 50%.

We strongly encourage you to speak with our customers, particularly those who have used other systems prior to ours. The readily available live technical support, along with our tremendous on-line capabilities, is a new experience for most fuel management system users. There are two major reasons organizations select FuelMaster; it works and our nationwide support network helps the customer keep it working.
