Mr. Dunlap is Syn Tech's President and majority owner and has held this position since its inception in 1989. During this time, Syn-Tech has experienced unprecedented success in all phases of business operations, a success Dunlap attributes to a true company wide dedication to the success of its customers. His background includes more than 35 years experience in the Dept. of Defense Contracting arena, along with experience in computer technology development serving the fueling automation industry. His broad experience includes senior management positions in retailing, trucking, financial services and manufacturing, along with instruction at the university level in Business Management and Engineering Management.

As Vice President for Engineering for Syn-Tech Systems, Inc., Mr. Pollock is responsible for the design, development testing, and baseline of all programs. Mr. Pollock has an extensive background in fuel management systems, munitions handling, product design, and development. Mr. Pollock was responsible for the design of all FUELMASTER® products, as well as the GFU 7/E, GFU 8/E, GFU 9/E, GFU 10/E, GFU 22/E and GFU 23/E Ammunition Loading Systems, the Manually Operated Lift Truck (MOLT), 25MM, 30mm, and 40mm ammunition containers. He brings to Syn -tech Systems, Inc. prior military experience as a fighter pilot in the United States Navy. As a rated military pilot, he became extensively involved with aircraft turnaround operations, including munitions rearming aboard naval carriers.

Mr. Oglesby is the Vice President for Operations at Syn Tech and is responsible for the coordination and control of all Syn-Tech projects. He joined Syn-Tech in 1977, serving as Subcontract Administrator and Director of Purchasing prior to assuming his current duties. His extensive knowledge in the purchasing of materials, combined with his knowledge of Syn-Tech's in-house production capabilities, provides the expertise to produce quality products at the lowest possible cost to the customer. Mr. Oglesby has been responsible for contract management and interfacing with government agencies for 20 years. It is his responsibility to ensure that all daily operations result in achievement of program objectives, including customer satisfaction and adherence to Syn-Tech quality and operating standards.
