Frank McGoogan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Frank McGoogan is responsible for Syn-Tech’s Sales and Marketing Department and the associated marketing and sales activities and programs. Having been with Syn-Tech since 1987, Frank has spent 25 years working with the FUELMASTER® line of products and participating in both their development and deployment. His education credentials include a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Master’s of Science from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Clem Zotto, Sales Director
Upon graduating from VMI, Clem served in the USMC from 1982 to 1989. After leaving the service in 1989, he held a series of Sales positions with Air Products and Chemicals in Detroit Michigan, and Monson Chemicals in Leominster, Massachusetts. Clem Joined Fuelmaster as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager. After successfully growing that territory, he was promoted to Sales Director where he currently manages 6 Regional Managers located throughout the US. Barbara Reker, Marketing and Warranty Sales Manager
Barbara Reker coordinates all aspects of Syn-Tech's Warranty and Extended Warranty Programs. In addition to this role, Barbara also coordinates the execution and management of proposals. Barbara has worked for Syn-Tech Systems, Inc. for 5 years in Sales and Marketing. Prior to working at Syn-Tech Systems, Barbara worked at the Tallahassee Democrat Newspaper Company in Sales and Marketing Management. Her role at the Tallahassee Democrat included managing geographic and internal sales staffs, a call center and an office staff. Jordan Budzyna, Product Fulfillment
Jordan Budzyna processes all the commercial sales orders for parts, equipment upgrades, and new FUELMASTER® systems. She also provides quotes for service parts as requested by our distributors and customers. In addition, Jordan also supports distributors and customers with any additional information they need pertinent to the ordering of Fuelmaster products. Meghan Presnell, Marketing Assistant
Meghan Presnell coordinates the scheduling of trades shows and the FUELMASTER® School. She maintains our Certified Distributor list and serves as their point of contact for everything from marketing collateral to processing the Bounty Program Claims. Most recently, Meghan has taken on coordinating our quarterly newsletter, FUELMASTER FOCUS. Meghan came to Syn-Tech Systems in February, 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Florida State University. Prior to working at Syn-Tech, Meghan worked for a law firm in Tallahassee as a paralegal and investigator. Thomas Tomasi, Marketing Research Manager
Thomas came to work for Syn-Tech after 31 years in the newspaper business, working for the local daily paper, the Tallahassee Democrat. During his service at the newspaper, Thomas went from retail advertising sales representative, to retail advertising supervisor, retail advertising manger, advertising manager and upon leaving, was marketing and community relations director. Brad Oglesby, Project Manager
As Project Manager, Brad is responsible for the implementation of fuel management systems for customers nationwide. His duties include: project development, design control, administering engineering projects to complete prototype, as well as final product release and feature control management. He is responsible for coordinating equipment, return material authorizations, engineering & technical support, customizations, site scheduling, and training & implementation from the date the Purchase Order is received until the site is running independently. Brad has managed customers such as the City of Kansas City with over 3500 vehicles, Wyoming DOT and Pepsi. Brad began his career at Syn-Tech in the Manufacturing Department which helped him to build a solid foundation and grasp of the inner workings of the FUELMASTER® product and services. Darin Jacobs, Project Manager
Darin Jacobs is a highly innovative Project Manager with a well developed business & technological background. Darin has been and is currently responsible for the FUELMASTER® implementation of nationwide fueling programs for companies such as Winn-Dixie, Food Lion, and McLane Distributing. These installations included the transition of over 200 regional and nationwide distribution centers across the country. Darin efficiently manages over 50 additional corporate FUELMASTER® accounts and excels because of his ability to prioritize and set realistic goals under pressure. Darin allows ample flexibility in scheduling and avoids deviating ‘too far’ from initially established action plans, despite the random issues normally faced throughout a project life cycle. Darin is a strong team leader who will provide the leadership necessary to mediate multiple divisions of large organizations and will make it a priority to maintain productive relationships during the FuelMaster® implementation process. Heath Spires, Project Manager
Heath Spires began working for Syn-Tech Systems, Inc. in November of 2008. Since joining the company, he has been responsible for implementing and overseeing several fuel management projects. Some notable examples include facilitating the upgrade of over 600 aviation and commercial sites to PA-DSS standards; working with Texas Industries, Inc.; and, The City of Fayetteville, North Carolina to ensure ongoing success with their AIM2 program. He has also managed projects with large petroleum companies such as SC Fuels and Mansfield Oil Company. Heath also works with FUELMASTER®'s credit card partners. Upon coming aboard with Syn-Tech Systems/FUELMASTER® Heath received his Bachelors degree from Valdosta State University with a focus in Marketing and Management. Sara Dunlap, Project Manager
Sara earned her degree in Consumer Science and Business Administration from Florida State University in 2005. In her role as Project Manager, Sara is responsible for the implementation of premier accounts nationwide. Her duties include: project development, design control, administering engineering projects to complete prototype, as well as final product release and feature control management. She is also responsible for coordinating equipment, return material authorizations, engineering & technical support, customizations, site scheduling, and training & implementation from the date the purchase order is received until the site is running independently. Sara is the project manager for sites such as the State of Missouri, State of West Virginia, State of Florida, BP Alaska, The City of Miramar, Pembroke Pines and Ben E Keith Groceries; all with over 40,000 vehicles and 500 fueling locations combined. Most recently Sara has been responsible for the implementation of a nationwide fuel management program for Dean Foods Distribution, utilizing FuelMaster® that includes the installation at many of their regional and nationwide dairy distribution centers across the country.
